Presentation Guidelines
Oral Abstract Presentations:
Your presentation time will be 15 minutes. Please plan for a 12-minute talk, allowing a few minutes for Q&A.
You will receive another email with your presentation details, including a link to upload your PowerPoint presentation. There will be a PC available onsite with all received presentations for any last-minute changes or to test your presentation file. You will receive a confirmation email once your presentation has been received. If you encounter any issues uploading your files, please contact ICPH@conferencesolutionsinc.com.
Presenter Guidelines

Arrive to your presentation room 15-minutes prior to the session start time to familiarize yourself with the microphone, slide advancer, and stage set-up.

Please be seated at the front of the presentation room in the row reserved for speakers.

The Session Chairs will introduce you and monitor the length of the presentation.

A speaker timer will be visible from the podium.

A laser pointer and slide advancer will be available at the podium for your use.

All mobile phones must be turned off while you are presenting.
Poster Presentations:
Posters will be on display both Thursday and Friday. Each presenter will either present on Thursday or Friday, with presentations scheduled based on the last two digits of your Poster number. For example, 1.01 is an odd-numbered poster, while 1.02 is an even-numbered poster. Odd-numbered posters will present on Thursday, and even-numbered posters will present on Friday. Please ensure that at least one author is present at the poster during the assigned presentation time.
Details about poster numbers were emailed to presenters on September 10th. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Poster Sessions Location: 2nd floor in the Black Bay Ballroom at the Sheraton.

Install: Thursday, October 17 between 10:30 – 12:00 ET
Dismantle: Friday, October 18 18:30 ET and Saturday, October 19 8:00 – 10:00 ET
*Any posters not taken down by Saturday, October 19 10:00 ET will be discarded
Poster Requirements:

Poster presentation space is limited to the dimensions of 44 inches Width x 44 inches Height (112 cm x 112 cm)
*Please note: Poster width cannot exceed 44 inches

Push pins will be provided to affix your poster to the display board.

All posters must remain up for the duration of the Conference.

At least one of the authors must be present at your poster during the presentation session designated for the poster topic
Suggested Poster Format:
- Poster numbers will be placed above your poster location; you do not need to leave room on your poster for your poster number.
- Posters should be easily read at a distance of 1.5 meters (5 feet).
- A poster printed on one large sheet of foldable fabric or matte/semi-gloss paper is encouraged.
- Include the title of the presentation in large letters, the authors' names, and the institution(s) where the work was completed at the top center of the poster.
- Introduction and Summary/Conclusions sections are advised.
- Lines of text should be double-spaced.
- Only text, graphs, photographs, and artwork may be placed on the poster board.
