The 11th Annual Conference on Polyphenols and Health will be held at the Sheraton Boston Hotel in Boston, MA, USA on October 16-19, 2024. 

 

Interested in receiving $50 off your conference registration?

 

Book your hotel room before registering for ICPH 2024 via the “Reserve Your Room Now” button on the Venue and Accommodations page. Your hotel confirmation number will be required before receiving the $50 discount toward your registration fee. An invoice of $50 will be sent if the confirmation number provided during registration is invalid when compared to the list provided by the hotel.

ICPH 2024 will be hosting a Banquet Dinner on Thursday, October 18, 2024 at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. Pre-registration and payment of the additional fee is required for this event.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.

 

Cancellation notices must be received in writing by September 13, 2024, to receive a partial refund, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 13, 2024. Credit card refunds must be made to the same account used for payment. If for any reason the Conference should be canceled, ICPH 2024 will refund the registration fee in full within 90 days of cancellation. The Conference is not responsible for the refund of airfare, housing, or other personal travel expenses.

 

Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend the workshop, payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person. You must notify Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to submit your request to substitute. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at any time. Additional purchased items are non-transferrable and will be refunded to the original registrant if substitution request is made prior to September 13, 2024.

 

Method of Payment

All conference registrations require payment by check or credit card. Payments not received within 30 days of the registration order will result in a cancellation of the order.

 

For payment by Check, complete and submit online registration and choose the “Pay by Check” option. Email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to request an invoice – please specify if it is for payment via check or wire. Only non-US institutions may request to pay by direct bank transfer/wire. A $35 USD processing fee will be added to the invoice.
